Exchanges and Returns

1. Nature of the product
All parts sold by Perales 11 are manufactured to order and according to the specifications provided by the customer, including, but not limited to, custom colors, finishes and configurations.
Therefore, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations for goods made according to the consumer's instructions, these products do not allow for returns or the right of withdrawal .

2. Change of customer opinion
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or refunds for changes of mind will not be accepted once the purchase has been confirmed and the production process has begun.

3. Order errors
Perales 11 will not assume responsibility for incorrectly ordered items . It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that the selected products (models, sizes, colors, quantities, and finishes) are correct before placing the order.
We recommend carefully reviewing all documentation and specifications before purchasing. If you have any questions, you can request prior advice to ensure you select the correct items for your order.

4. Defective products or damage in transit
In the exceptional case of receiving a product with a manufacturing defect or with damage resulting from transport, the customer must notify Perales 11 in writing within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the merchandise, attaching photographs and a detailed description of the incident.
Once the case has been evaluated, Perales 11 will determine the appropriate solution, which may consist of repair, partial or total replacement of the product or any other suitable measure depending on the nature of the defect.

5. Exclusions
The following will not be considered defects:

  • Variations inherent to handcrafted materials or manual processes.

  • Changes in tone due to lighting, screen calibration, or natural textures.

  • Damage resulting from improper use, incorrect handling, or installation by unauthorized third parties.

6. Acceptance of the policy
Placing an order implies full acceptance of this Return Policy , as well as any additional terms agreed in writing between the customer and Perales 11.
