Not what you expected? No problem, you can return your product within 14 calendar days of delivery. We just ask that you meet these conditions:

Product status:
– Must be unused.
– If you opened it, keep it in its original packaging or similar packaging that will protect it well during transport.

Who pays the refund?
The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. One of our agents will confirm the exact amount before processing the order.
How is it collected?
We'll ask you to provide a four-hour time slot and a couple of available dates. We'll then coordinate the pickup with the shipping company.
And the refund?
Once the product arrives at our warehouse and we verify that it is in good condition, we will process the refund within 3 to 7 business days .
In some cases, it may take up to 15 days for your bank to reflect this.
