At Perales 11, all our pieces are handcrafted to order in our family workshop. Therefore, delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the product and the workshop's workload.

Production and Shipping Time

The estimated production and shipping time is 3 to 5 weeks from order confirmation and receipt of payment.
This timeframe is indicative and does not constitute a binding commitment; however, we will do everything possible to meet it and keep you informed in case of any changes.

Shipping Method and Costs

Shipments are made through carriers specializing in furniture.
Shipping costs will be calculated during the purchase process based on the destination, volume, and weight of the order.

Shipping Zones

We ship to Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the USA.

Order Receipt

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the delivery address provided is correct and that the delivery point is accessible for bulky items. Any special services required (such as carrying items up stairs or through difficult access areas) must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.

Delays or Incidents

Perales 11 is not responsible for delays caused by external causes, such as customs, transport, adverse weather conditions or force majeure.
In any case, our team will assist you in resolving any issues with the carrier.
